Friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast buffet (with gluten free, lactose free & veggie/vegan options) Stream cast service on the tv so you can stream content from your phone. Great location, walking distance to the main interest points and a few meters only from metro station Östermalmtorg and bus/tram stops. There are also two 7/11 shops in the street below which is very handy.

Johann received us so enthusiastically and made us feel right at home within minutes. King Room with Balcony was exactly as pictured & described. Located on a side street, which was quiet and yet it was right in the middle of all the 5* attractions, shopping & every downtown must-see. Within walking distance to all.. They also had a very nice bar and separate restaurant where the excellent breakfast was served. We loved sitting on the balcony, a great extension to our room. All the staff we dealt with were very professional & pleasant. Johann booked our taxi to airport and lent us an umbrella for a rainy morning. We only had 2 nights. Would highly recommend for singles, couples. The best Stockholm pick. Thank you so much. Tack!!

Great location, good breakfast buffet, Hotel bar busy and open until 1am. You reach the main sightseeing highlights within walking distance (including trai station for Arlanda Express train).

The location is excellent, the vibe of the hotel is wonderful, having a lively bar in the ground floor. Several restaurants are around the corner in a pedestrian street. The buffet breakfast is very good served in the Hotel Restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as a starting point for excursions. The rooms are clean, the breakfast rich and good. We felt comfortable.
